One-on-one

Reformer sessions taught one-on-one

Every session is adapted to your level and what you need. You don't need Pilates experience to start.

  • An assessment before we begin.
  • A plan adapted to your level.
  • Close attention to alignment, breathing, and control.
  • Weekly adjustments as your body changes.

The Classical system

The Reformer in the Classical system

  1. More than one machine

We use all the equipment, including the Chair and the Cadillac, not only the Reformer.

  2. Learn to combine them

Slowly, you learn how to combine all the equipment in a professional and precise way.

  3. The same exercises, a changing body

In Classical Pilates, the exercises stay the same, and your body changes with them.

New to the Reformer? Start here

Complete beginners are welcome. We start with an assessment, I build your plan from what I see and what you tell me, and then I adjust it every week.

  • No experience needed
  • All levels
  • Adjusted every week

Hi, I'm Bar.

I'm a Classical Pilates instructor and educator based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

For me, Pilates has always been about more than completing an exercise.

It's about understanding movement, developing control, and discovering the connections that make the method so powerful.

My approach combines years of teaching experience with a deep interest in anatomy, biomechanics, and the original Classical Pilates system.

Whether you're beginning your Pilates journey or you're an instructor looking to deepen your knowledge, my goal is to help you understand not only how to move, but why.

Connection. Precision. Energy.

Real people. Real experiences.

Bar is my absolute favorite trainer i have ever had. She not only prioritizes form, but makes sure you utilize every muscle needed. I am so happy I found her and she is never getting rid of me. She took the time to get to know me and my body to know what my specific goals were. I leave every session feeling so refreshed, stretched and strong. I can't wait to continue with her and be the strongest version of myself. She makes me want to be better!
