This site describes Classical Pilates sessions and instructor education offered by Bar Ashkenazi, and lets you ask to be contacted. Sending the form doesn't book a session or create an agreement. Bar will follow up with you personally.

Sessions and instructor education

Session details, including price, schedule, location, payment, and cancellation, are agreed directly with Bar before you begin. Availability isn't guaranteed. Instructor education is practical education and isn't an accredited certification program.

Your health

The information on this site is general and isn't medical advice. Pilates instruction isn't a replacement for medical care. Physical activity carries some risk of injury. Please check with your doctor before you start if you have an injury, a health condition, or are pregnant, and tell Bar about anything relevant before a session. You choose to take part at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.
