Privacy policy

Draft wording. Please have this reviewed before the site goes live.

What is collected

When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email, phone number, the service you're interested in, your answers to the form's questions, and anything you choose to write in the message. I also receive the submission date and how you found the site, as described below.

Please don't send medical information through the form.

How it is used

Your details are used to reply to you and to discuss working together. They are not sold. They are stored in the client management system used to handle enquiries (GoHighLevel), and are handled by the service providers that run this website and that system.

How you found this site

To understand which advertising and outreach is working, your browser keeps a small record on your own device of how you first and most recently reached this site, including the page or campaign link you came from and any advertising click ID in that link, and which pages you viewed here. It is kept for up to 90 days after your last visit and stays on your device unless you send the contact form.

When you send the form, that record is sent with your details, along with your device type, browser, operating system, language, time zone, screen size, IP address and the approximate location it indicates (country, region, city and postal code). It is stored with your enquiry and may be used to measure and improve campaigns. If advertising or analytics cookies have been set in your browser, their identifiers are included too.

Analytics

If you allow it, this site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics does not load unless you say yes, and your choice is remembered in your browser.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Vercel BotID, an invisible security check that helps tell people from automated bots when a form is sent.

Your choices

You can ask for your details to be corrected or deleted at any time by writing to barashkenazi06@gmail.com.
